GLUTES GLUTE GLUTES! We all want the perfect peach and I am here to guide you through an 8-week program where you will be able to track and monitor your progress each leg day by keeping a log of your progression in weight and reps! The guide is broken up into 3 different lower body days (A heavy leg day, a glute/hamstring focused day, and a lower body pump day)! The program is designed to have 3-4 days in between each leg day over the course of 8 weeks (example: DAY 1 – Monday, DAY 2 – Friday, DAY 3 – Monday). This guide consists of:

* 20+ exercises

* Exact sets and reps

* Pictures to help with each exercise and ensure proper form
